Founded in 1969, Madison House is an independent non-profit community organization.

Although we partner closely with the University whenever we can, we depend heavily on the generous financial support of our extended family of volunteers, alumni, community members, and friends.

as of June 30, 2017:

$1.42 million

INCOME

Draw From Endowment/ Reserves:

For much of the past decade, Madison House has relied on unsustainably large draws from our small endowment to balance the budget. The current Board and organizational leadership are actively working to invigorate fundraising efforts, balance the budget, and replenish our endowment.

As we approach our 50th anniversary in 2019, our goal is to ensure Madison House's place as an integral part of the University student experience for the next fifty years and beyond.
